Monday - Cajun Sausage Scramble
With bell peppers, onions, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Choice of HB, HF or Fruit
Tuesday - Blueberry banana cakes
Two large pancakes loaded with blueberries and topped with freshly sliced bananas, served with two sausage links, two bacon and two eggs.
Wednesday - Meat Lover's Scramble
Ham, bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese. Choice of HB, HF, or Fruit
Thursday - ABC scramble
Asparagus, broccoli, bacon and cheddar cheese. Served with choice of HB, HF, or fruit.
Friday - Smoked pork

Saturday - Chile verde omelette

Tender chicken breast baked in marinara sauce and served on a hoagie roll with parmesan and provolone cheese. Choice of soup, salad or fries.
Friday - Prime rib and swiss
Thinly sliced prime rib, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions served on hoagie roll with chipotle aioli. Choice of soup, salad, fries or potato salad.
