Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday -Chile relleno omelette
egg omelette with green chilis and cheddar cheese, your choice of hash browns or home fries. Served with salsa and sour cream.
Tuesday - One eye Jack
2 slices of your favorite bread with 2 eggs cooked to your liking in the center of the bread with pepper jack cheese. Choice of HB or HF.
Wednesday - Chicken-n-a biscuit
chicken strips, 2 biscuits, your choice of hash browns or home fries with a side of country gravy.
Thursday - Huevos rancheros
2 eggs cooked to your liking on tortillas with cheddar cheese and fresh salsa. Served with hash browns or home fries.
Friday - The scrambler
eggs scrambled with your choice of meat bacon sausage or ham with onions over home fries and your choice of cheese melted on top.
Saturday - Prime Benedict
Toasted English muffins topped with thin slices of prime rib, two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Your choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Sunday - The Sampler
Ham steak, 2 sausage links, 2 slices of bacon and two eggs any style. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.

Wednesday- Tuna melt

Thursday- Crispy chicken sandwich

Monday - Cajun chicken
Chicken tenderloins sauteed in a creamy cajun sauce with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, served with baked potato and veggies.
Tuesday - Lemon butter snapper
Lightly breaded snapper and grilled to a golden brown, topped with lemon butter sauce and served on a bed of fresh spinach with baked potato and veggies.
Wednesday - Chicken Marsala
Pan fried chicken breast in a marsala wine reduction with mushrooms, scallions and fresh parsley. Served with rice and fresh veggies.
Thursday - Shrimp pasta
jumbo shrimp sauteed in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions served over fettuccine pasta with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Friday - Chicken and ribs
Tender chicken breast and baby back ribs charbroiled and smothered with our house BBQ sauce. Served with grilled pineapple and scalloped potatoes.
Saturday - Chicken crepes
Our freshly made to order crepes filled with chicken, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, scallions, mushrooms and spinach, topped with our house Alfredo sauce and served with fresh veggies.
Sunday - Pan fried rib eye steak
12 oz Rib eye steak marinated in red wine with rosemary and spices then pan fried to your desired temperature. Served over roasted potatoes with brown gravy and fresh veggies.
