Monday - Meat lovers omelette
Bacon, ham, sausage and your choice of cheese. Served with hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Tuesday - Veggie scramble
Mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and your choice of cheese. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Wednesday - Country Benny
4 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 biscuits topped with country gravy.
Thursday - Breakfast burrito
Hash browns, 2 eggs, your choice of cheese and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham.
Friday - Stuffed French toast
2 pieces of French toast, cream cheese filling with caramel and candied pecans. Served with 2 eggs and your choice of 2 bacon or 2 sausage links.
Saturday- Fiesta scramble
Chorizo and ham scrambled with 3 eggs, loaded with cheddar cheese. Served on a bed of tortilla chips with fresh salsa, avocado and sour cream.
Sunday - Country omelette

Friday - Chicken stir fry
Chicken tenderloins sauteed with fresh vegetables in a ginger glaze, tossed with yakisoba noodles.
Saturday - Steak and prawns
8 oz top sirloin and 3 large prawns deep fried. Served with choice of starch and veggies.
Sunday - Fettuccine Marvin
Grilled chicken and smoked sausage sauteed in sundried tomato pesto with mushrooms, green onions and spinach, served over fettuccine pasta.
