Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday- Country Omelette
Ham, bacon, bell peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese. Topped with country gravy. Served with hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Tuesday- Meat lover’s Scramble
Ham, bacon, sausage and cheddar cheese. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Wednesday- Smothered burrito
Two eggs, home fries, cheese and choice of meat(bacon, sausage, ham or chorizo) all stuffed in a large flour tortilla covered in country gravy. Served with sour cream and fresh salsa.
Thursday- Cajun sausage
Scrambled with bell peppers, onions, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Choice of hash browns or home fries
Friday- Steak Omelette
Charbroiled prime rib, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, served with a side of fresh salsa. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fresh fruit.
Saturday- Chile verde omelette
Loaded in and out with our homemade pork chile verde and cheddar cheese, topped with sour cream. Served with hash browns or home fries.
Sunday_ Biscuit breakfast
Two biscuits with sausage patties, loaded with country gravy and cheddar cheese. Served with two eggs and choice of hash browns or home fries.
Monthly Lunch Specials
Monday- Chicken club wrap
A large flour tortilla stuffed with chicken strips, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Choice of fries, potato salad or soup.
Tuesday- Hot beef sandwich
Tender slices of prime rib piled up on toasted white bread and mashed potatoes, smothered with brown gravy.
Wednesday- Bull and turkey
Prime rib and turkey with jack cheese, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, tomatoes, roasted green chilis served on grilled sourdough bread with a side of au jus. Choice of fries or tater tots.
Thursday- Louisiana CK Sandwich
Cajun Chicken breast, roasted green peppers, grilled onions and pepper jack cheese. Served on hoagie roll with choice of soup, salad or fries.
Friday- Crispy taquitos
Four corn tortillas filled with smoked turkey deep fried golden brown, served with guacamole dip, fresh salsa and chipotle aioli. Choice of soup or salad.

Wednesday - BBQ chicken
Seasoned half charbroiled chicken smothered with our BBQ sauce. Served with potato salad, grilled pineapple and baked cheese bread.
Thursday - Cajun chicken pasta
Chicken tenderloins seared with cajun spices and sauteed with bell peppers, tomatoes and onions in a creamy sauce served over fettuccine pasta.
Friday - Ultimate New York
Lean 14 oz. cut seared with cajun spices, topped with blue cheese crumbles and hand breaded onion rings. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies.
Saturday - Steak and prawns
8 oz top sirloin and three large fried prawns served with loaded potato and fresh veggies.
Sunday - Shrimp combo pasta
Jumbo shrimp and baby shrimp sauteed with tomatoes, Scallions and spinach in a creamy sauce served over fettuccine pasta. Topped with mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes and scallions.
