Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday - Fiesta scramble
Chorizo and ham scrambled with three eggs and loaded with cheddar cheese. Served on a bed of tortilla chips, garnished with salsa fresca, avocado and sour cream.
Tuesday - Chili omelette
Loaded in and out with our homemade chili, topped with cheddar cheese and onions. Choice of hash browns or home fries.
Wednesday - Veggie frittata
Broccoli, spinach, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes loaded with mozzarella cheese.
Thursday - Smoked turkey omelette
With bell peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese, topped with a tangy BBQ sauce. Choice of Hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Friday - Firehouse scramble
Ham, bacon, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and avocado. HB, HF or fruit.
Saturday - Croissant French toast
A soft buttery croissant dipped in egg batter and grilled golden brown, loaded with glazed cinnamon apples and tiramisu cream. Served with two sausage links, two slices of bacon and two eggs.
Sunday - Florentine crepes
Our freshly made to order crepes filled with scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, mozzarella cheese and spinach. Topped with Hollandaise sauce and garnished with green onions and diced tomatoes. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.

Monday - Chicken club tacos
Two soft tacos filled with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with tortilla chips and salsa fresca.
Tuesday - Chili burger
Loaded with our homemade chili and topped with cheddar cheese and onions, served with fries.
Wednesday - Club croissant
Ham, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Choice of soup, french fries or potato salad.
Thursday - Swiss and bull
Prime rib slices and swiss cheese on grilled garlic sourdough bread, served with au jus and fries.
Friday - Hot pastrami
Served on hoagie roll with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and pepperoncini. Choice of french fries, potato salad or soup.

Topped with smoked pulled pork, served with baked cheese bread.

Chunks of tender chicken with celery, carrots and peas baked in a rich cream sauce.
Thursday - Seafood pasta
Salmon and prawns tossed in a creamy basil sauce with spinach, broccoli, fettuccine pasta, mozzarella cheese and diced tomatoes.
Friday - Ck cordon bleu
Tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, beer battered fried and smothered with a creamy mushroom sauce. Served with rice pilaf and veggies.
Saturday - Steak and prawns
8 oz top sirloin and 3 large prawns sauteed with salsa fresca and tequila. Served with baked cheese bread and veggies.
Sunday - Sampler platter
Potato skins, fried zucchini, hand battered onion rings, buffalo chicken bites, chicken wings and cheese bread with marinara dip.
