Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday - Veggie scramble
3 eggs with sauteed spinach, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes with your choice of cheese, served with home fries, hash browns or fruit.
Tuesday - Corn beef omelette
3 egg omelette with sauteed mushrooms, corn beef and swiss cheese. Choice of hash browns or home fries.
Wednesday -Pancake sandwich
2 small pancakes, 2 eggs, your choice of bacon, sausage patty or ham. Choice of hash brown, home fries or fruit.
Thursday - Cajun sausage scramble
3 eggs, cajun sausage with sauteed onions and mushrooms, your choice of hash browns or home fries.
Friday - Classic Eggs Benedict
Your choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Saturday - Country omelette
Ham, bacon, bell peppers, onions and cheddar cheese. Smothered with country gravy and served with your choice of HB, HF or fruit.
Sunday - Loaded French toast
Two slices of our thick Texas toast loaded with strawberries, blueberries and our maple syrup cream. Served with 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links and two eggs any style.

Prime rib with sauteed mushrooms and onions, choice of Swiss cheese or provolone and a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. Your choice of French fries or tater tots.
Wednesday - Crispy chicken salad
Green leaf lettuce, shredded cheddar, tomatoes, olives and green onions with garlic toast.
Thursday - Chicken caesar wrap
Your choice of French fries, tots, potato salad or coleslaw.
Friday- Tuna melt

Monday- Sauteed chicken
Tender chicken tenderloins sauteed with broccoli, tomatoes, spinach and green onions in a creamy sherry wine sauce, served over fettuccine noodles with mozzarella cheese.
Tuesday- Fried shrimp meal
Six large shrimp fried to a gold crisp. Served with French fries and fresh veggies.
Wednesday- Rosemary dijon chops
Crusted with fresh rosemary and lightly breaded, grilled golden brown then smothered with a creamy dijon mustard sauce and mushrooms.
Thursday- Blackened tilapia
Smothered with creole sauce and cajun sausage. Served with rice pilaf and vegetables.
Friday- BBQ pork chops
Charbroiled pork chops basted with our house BBQ sauce, topped with tropical salsa, served with roasted potatoes and fresh veggies.
Saturday- Herbed lemon chicken
Chicken tenderloins crusted with fresh herbs, tossed in a creamy lemon sauce with broccoli, asparagus and fettuccine pasta.
Sunday- Snapper Monterey
Fresh snapper lightly breaded, topped with monterey jack cheese, roasted chile ancho sauce and avocado slices. Served with rice pilaf and fresh veggies.
