Monday - Lamb scram
Our charbroiled lamburger scrambled with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, topped with feta cheese and Hollandaise sauce. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.

1/3 Lb burger patty, one egg, your choice of cheese with lettuce, tomato and onion on a grilled English muffin. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Wednesday - Stuffed French toast
Two pieces of French toast with cream cheese filling, caramel syrup, candied pecans, 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 sausage links.
Thursday - Colorado omelette
