Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday - Chorizo and ham omelette
Topped with cheddar cheese and avocado, served with a side of our roasted jalapeno salsa. Choice of hash browns or home fries.
Tuesday - Cajun sausage scramble
With bell peppers, onions, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Choice of HB or HF.
Wednesday - Chili omelette
Loaded in and out with our Embers chili and topped with cheddar cheese and onions. Served with hash browns or home fries.
Thursday - Steak skillet
Steak tips grilled with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Served over home fries topped with cheese, country gravy and two eggs.
Friday - Pulled pork smasher
Smoked pulled pork over a bed of crispy smashed tots covered with country gravy, cheddar cheese and two eggs on top.
Saturday - Eggs benedict
Toasted English muffins topped with ham slices, two poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Your choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit.
Sunday - Chilaquiles
Fresh tortilla chips baked in a mild tomatillo salsa topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with a juicy charbroiled chicken breast and two eggs any style. Choice of hash browns or home fries.

Wednesday - Sauteed chicken
Tender chicken tenderloins sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and spinach in a sherry cream sauce served over fettuccine noodles and mozzarella cheese.
Thursday - Blackened chicken
Tender chicken breast rubbed with cajun spices and blackened, served on a bed of corn salsa topped with pepper jack cheese. Served with beer battered green beans and a side of chipotle aioli.
Friday - Chicken cordon bleu
Tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, fried to a golden brown then smothered with a creamy mushroom sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and veggies.
Saturday - Stuffed sole
Fillet of sole stuffed with bay shrimp, celery, onions, mushrooms and parmesan cheese, baked to a golden brown, topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh veggies and baked potato.
Sunday - Chimichurri Skirt steak
Charbroiled marinated skirt steak topped with avocado slices and chimichurri sauce which is a blend of fresh spices, (Argentinian pesto sauce) served with grilled asparagus and roasted potatoes.
