Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday- Swiss scrambler
3 eggs, ham, onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. Choice of Hash browns, Home fries or Fresh fruit.
Tuesday- Veggie omelette
Bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and your choice of cheese. Served with hash browns, home fries or Fruit.
Wednesday- Pigs gone wild
2 blankets, 4 pigs and cream cheese filling topped with powder sugar, caramel and candied pecans served with two eggs.
Thursday- The Rancher
Hash browns or home fries covered with Tannya’s homemade chili, 2 eggs, cheddar cheese, onions and a dollop of sour cream.
Friday- Classic Benny
Prime Rib Benny- Grilled English muffin with prime rib, spinach, tomato slice topped with Hollandaise sauce.
Saturday- Fiesta burrito
eggs, chorizo, ham, bell peppers, onions, hash browns and cheddar cheese wrapped in a large flour tortilla, served with fresh salsa and chips.
Sunday - Smoked combo
Smoked pork loins and smoked sausage served with 2 eggs any style with a side of smoked gravy and your choice of hash browns or home fries.

Monday - Swiss and bull wrap
Prime rib sauteed with mushrooms and onions stuffed inside a large flour tortilla with swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato. Choice of tater tots or fries.
Tuesday - Double bacon cheese burger
Two beef patties, bacon, choice of cheese, in house burger sauce, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles. Served with french fries or tots.
Wednesday - Corn bread and chili
Tannya’s chili served over sweet corn bread topped with cheddar cheese, onions and sour cream.
Thursday - Tuna melt
Your choice of bread and your choice of cheese. Served with french fries or tots.
Friday- The Gobbler
Grilled sourdough bread with cream cheese, cranberry sauce and turkey, served with french fries or tots.

Lightly breaded and grilled golden brown, smothered with a creamy mushroom sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies.
Wednesday - Country fried chicken
Two pieces of tender chicken breast lightly breaded and fried golden brown, served atop of mashed potatoes loaded with country gravy and fresh veggies.
Thursday - Beef Stroganoff
Tender slices of prime rib with broccoli and mushrooms served over egg noodles and covered with our special beef gravy sauce.
Friday - Chicken pot pie
Chunks of tender chicken breast with celery, carrots, and peas baked in a rich creamy sauce. Served with garlic toast.
Saturday - Cajun Rib eye steak
Our grass fed beef steak seasoned with cajun spice and charbroiled to temperature, served with a dollop of cajun butter on top, scalloped potatoes and fresh veggies.
Sunday - Meat lasagna
Our three cheese meat lasagna baked to perfection in our marinara sauce, served with garlic toast.
