Broiled to your desired temperature and served with roasted potatoes and cheesy broccoli.
Tuesday - Combo Kabobs
Chicken and beef kabobs with peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes served on a bed of rice with fresh veggies and a side of teriyaki and BBQ sauce.
Wednesday - Asian Salad
Mixed greens topped with candied pecans, Asian pears, cucumbers, Szechuan grilled chicken and a side of ginger sesame dressing.
Thursday - Herb crusted chicken
Tender chicken breast seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs and spices, topped with a lemon creamy sauce and mushrooms. Served with a choice of starch and fresh veggies.
Friday - Seafood pasta
Salmon, large shrimp, scallions, tomatoes and spinach tossed in a sundried tomato pesto creamy sauce with fettuccine pasta.
Saturday - Pulled pork
Tender smoked pork piled up on toasted white bread topped with our house BBQ sauce, served with French fries and fresh veggies.
Sunday - Chipotle adobo pork loins
Tender pork loins marinated in our mild chipotle sauce, grilled to perfection and served on a grilled pineapple salsa with baked potato and veggies.
