Tuesday - Loaded chicken fajitas
Tender slices of chicken breast grilled with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions loaded with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, served with refried beans, spanish rice and tortillas.
Wednesday - Shrimp & bacon pasta
Served in a creamy sauce with fettuccine pasta, broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Thursday - Chicken and Ribs
Charbroiled chicken breast and 1/4 rack of ribs basted with our homemade BBQ sauce, served with potato salad and cole slaw.
Friday - Teriyaki steak
Our 8 oz cut top sirloin charbroiled to your desired temperature, served on a bed of rice pilaf and drizzled with teriyaki ginger glaze with a side of tempura vegetables.
Saturday - Blackened prime rib
Seared with cajun spices and served with alfredo pasta and veggies.
Sunday - Rosemary pork loins
Tender pork loins crusted with fresh rosemary and herbs grilled to perfection, topped with country gravy Served with mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans.
