Monthly Breakfast Specials
Monday - Firehouse scramble
Ham, bacon,tomatoes, onions, jalapenos pepper jack cheese and avocado. Choice of hashbrowns or home fries.
Tuesday - Biscuits and Gravy
Split biscuit with gravy, 2 bacon, 2 sausage links, and 2 eggs any style.
Wednesday - Cajun Sausage
Scrambled with bell peppers, onions, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Choice of hash browns, home fries or fruit
Thursday - Smoked Pork Omelette
Smoked pork, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese. Side of BBQ Sauce and choice of hashbrowns or homefries.
Friday - Country Omelette
Ham, sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, cheddar cheese and country gravy. Choice of hashbrowns, homefries or fruit.
Saturday - Cinnamon roll french toast
Loaded with strawberries, blueberries and our maple syrup cream. Served with 2 bacon, 2 sausage links and 2 eggs any style.

Smoked tri tip and pork loin slices smothered with smoked gravy. Served with two eggs and hashbrowns.

Vegetable medley and chicken tenderloins stirred fried in teriyaki sauce served over yakisoba noodles.

Wednesday - Big Bird Sandwich
Turkey, swiss, tomato and avocado on grilled garlic sourdough bread. Choice of soup, salad or fries.
Thursday - Chicken parmesan sandwich
Tender chicken breast baked in marinara sauce and served on a hoagie roll with parmesan and pepper jack cheese. Choice of soup, salad or fries.
Friday - Fish Tacos
Two soft tacos filled with fresh grilled snapper, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with a side of chipotle aioli and choice of soup or salad.

Fresh fish, scallops, and prawns sauteed in a creamy basil sauce tossed with fettuccine pasta.
Saturday - Smoked pork loins
Tender smoked pork loins smothered with smoked gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and veggies.
Sunday - Baby back ribs
